1.How do I check my order status?

You need to first login to your account. In the Menu bar you will get an option MY ORDERS. Click on MY ORDERS to have a review of your orders with their respective tracking IDs. You can track down your order through the tracking ID provided.

2. How to know if my order is placed?

Once the payment procedure is successfully completed, you will receive a confirmation SMS or mail in your registered mobile number or Mail Id respectively, saying the order is placed. All you have to do then is, sit back and chill until we deliver your order to your doorstep.

3. What is the return policy?

You can return any product that you have received as long as you have, - customer invoice - all its original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, warranty cards, authenticity labels and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered. - and is in an unused/original condition.

4. When and how can I cancel an order?

You can cancel your order before it leaves our Warehouse (reaches the "Order shipped" state). You can do so by calling us with the order number or you can do it directly from our app.

5. How long will the delivery take?

It's really quick! We aim to deliver all our orders/products in the fastest time possible. The delivery time may range between 2 - 9 working days depending upon your respective address. That still won't stop us from trying to get you your order faster.

6. For Cash-on-Delivery orders, can I check the package before making a payment?

The courier person will hand over the package to you only once the payment has been made. If it is tampered then, please do not accept any package/courier.

7. Can I order a product that is 'Out of Stock' or temporarily Unavailable?

The products listed as 'Out of stock' or 'temporarily unavailable' are not available for sale. Please use the 'Notify me' feature to be informed of the product's availability with sellers on Yoobbel.

8. Can I order large quantities of products as a part of corporate order?
