At Yoobbel, we strive to provide you with the best products and service. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange it within 7 days of delivery.

Return and Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please email our customer care executive at info@yoobbel.com with your order details and issues. We'll pick up the product from your doorstep and ship the replacement once we receive the shipment.

Conditions for Return and Exchange

- Request for replacement within 7 days of delivery
- Item should be unwashed, unused, and in undamaged condition
- Tags and labels should be intact
- Original packaging should be returned

Exceptions

We do not replace masks, COVID-19 related products, surprise T-shirts, and boxers due to hygiene issues.

Cancellation of Orders

You can cancel your order before it's shipped by emailing us at info@yoobbel.com. Once cancelled, your refund will be processed within 4-7 business days.

Refunds

We provide refunds for defective products. To initiate a refund, please email us at info@yoobbel.com with your order details, issue, and photographs within 72 hours of delivery.

Store Credits

If you opt for store credits, we'll provide you with 100 points to adjust your shipping cost.
